Vision

The overall vision of Atlantic Street Center is to impact today and tomorrow's children, youth, and families via continued and expanded collaborations with community members and partners - with a goal to scale services that transform generational empowerment. At Atlantic Street Center, we work to continue providing various programs that fit the needs of and wrap around the whole family with nuanced resources and tools. This is critical as Atlantic Street Center believes that community is a place where children, youth, and families build strong life skills and have access to holistic wellbeing through intentional connections that establish the foundations for healthy relationships and behaviors, acceptance and appreciation for diversity, and an overall positive outlook on life.

Goals

1. 1.Operational & Programmatic Capacity Building – Continue to work alongside those we serve to create intentional programs that are able to grow overtime as well as meet the needs of those we serve.
2. 2.Advocates & Partners – We aim to build and sustain strong connections with funders, donors, and partners so as to raise Atlantic Street Center’s visibility in the community and meet the needs of our participants.
3. 3.Maintain Social Justice & Advocacy Lens – This long-term goal is about enhancing our workplace understanding of intersectionality for both those we serve and our staff.
