Vision

The YWCA Kitsap County is a multi-service organization dedicated to ensuring the personal safety, rights, welfare and dignity of those who experience domestic abuse while building partnerships and increasing community awareness to create positive social change.

Goals

1. 1.Elevate YWCA Kitsap leadership in domestic violence advocacy and position ourselves as a trusted and visible leader in survivor advocacy by expanding partnerships with courts, deepening survivor support services, and increasing regional recognition of the organization's expertise and impact.
2. 2.Ensure long-term financial sustainability of YWCA Kitsap by diversifying revenue streams & establishing a $1 million reserve fund to safeguard against economic uncertainties. Through disciplined financial management, strategic savings & alignment with nonprofit best practices, build a sustainable revenue model while continuing to deliver critical services to the community.
3. 3.Increase community impact by building strong, meaningful relationships and delivering accessible, high-quality advocacy and education programs that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and drive lasting social change.
