    Mission

    ArtsFund supports the arts through leadership, advocacy, and grant making in order to build a healthy, equitable, and creative Washington. Gifts to ArtsFund are leveraged where they are most needed to strengthen the Puget Sound's arts and cultural community. <br><br>Beyond funding dozens of arts organizations with general operating grants, ArtsFund strengthens the arts and cultural sector by: <br><br>Offering free capacity building programs and other services to over 120 nonprofit arts organizations; <br><br>Developing the next generation of nonprofit arts leaders through the Board Leadership Training program; <br><br>Conducting research and producing Impact Studies demonstrating the role of the arts as a key driver to our region's economic health and civic vitality; <br><br>Leveraging an extensive track record in the community and cross-sector relationships to advocate for the arts locally, regionally, and nationally; and <br><br>Advancing community priorities and fostering a more equitable society through the arts. <br>
