Climate Solutions' vision is a thriving, equitable Northwest, powered by clean energy, inspiring the transition to sustainable prosperity across the nation and beyond.

Goals

1. 1.POLICY PROTECTION - We will counter efforts to undermine key policies and we will work with a diverse coalition of partners to respond forcefully to any other threats to the Pacific Northwest’s climate policy gains. We will make sure that the economic, environmental, and public health benefits made through policies and investments are understood by key audiences and decision-makers.
2. 2.POLICY IMPLEMENTATION AND INVESTMENT – Climate Solutions will work toward strong implementation of state policies and engage in critical rulemaking to create an effective, equitable framework for decarbonizing the Pacific Northwest's electricity, transportation, and buildings.
3. 3.COMMUNICATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT - We will make progress in changing public perception with real stories of the progress happening on the ground in our communities, flipping the dominant narrative from the belief that action on climate costs jobs and raises the cost of energy to the reality that climate action is creating jobs, lowering energy bills, and delivering widespread community benefits.
