The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We will continue research, monitoring and counting snow leopards to be aware of any changes impacting their populations. This will equip us to work with governments to prioritize habitat protection.

Goal Two: To strengthen the security of the snow leopard range countries and build out the tools, institutional and governmental support that will create an infrastructure to protect snow leopards and habitat.

Goal Three: To protect snow leopards into future, we need to advance our work by empowering communities to become conservation leaders and be capable of recognizing emerging threats and creating new solutions.
