TO SAVE THE LIVES OF HOMELESS, INJURED, AND UNWANTED ANIMALS IN WASHINGTON STATE.TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID FOR THE SPAYING AND NEUTERING OF DOGS AND CATS.TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY CARE PAYMENTS FOR ANIMALS WHO OTHERWISE WOULD NOT RECEIVE CARE DUE TO THIER OWNERS INABILITY TO PAY.
