TO CREATE AND NURTURE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SENIOR RESIDENTS OF RURAL MASON COUNTY TO MAINTAIN OPTIMAL PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH, BY HELPING THEM TO MAINTAIN CONNECTIONS WITH NECESSARY CLINICAL, NUTRIONAL AND SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES, AS WELL AS TO EACH OTHER.
