Simultaneously, we aim to be the region’s premier nonprofit for staff and volunteers by investing in professional development, culture, and retention.
2. 2.Increase awareness and engagement to optimize community impact. This goal focuses on elevating the Association’s visibility to ensure every older adult on Camano Island knows how to access our resources. By increasing community engagement, we turn supporters into active participants and advocates for our mission.
3. 3.Optimize Program Impact as a Premier Place-Based Center. We strive to maximize the effectiveness of our services while strengthening our identity as a vital "place-based" hub.
