    Mission

    Nourish Pierce County is the largest network of food banks in Pierce County, Washington. Every year, we serve tens of thousands of food-insecure people and families. Our mission is to provide nutritious food and support services to people in need with compassion, dignity, and respect. Nourish food banks offer a welcoming environment for all our guests. At Nourish, there are no pre-packaged boxes. Guests can shop the food bank and choose the items that best suit their needs. We stock our shelves with healthy foods from all of the food groups needed to keep people well. Nobody in need is turned away.
