WASHINGTON STATE ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES (WSAC) DUES SUPPORT A PART-TIME ADVOCATE POSITION FOR STATE-WIDE HUMAN SERVICES. ASSOCIATION MEETS EVERY OTHER MONTH IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS AROUND THE STATE. PAYMENTS ARE MADE TO HOSTING LOCATION FOR MEETING SPACE. ASSOCIATION COMPLETES A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION ANNUAL REPORT TO THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.
