We promote meaningful pathways for everyone to engage with conflict, to learn from each other, and to grow in community.

Inclusive communities where everyone reaches across differences with openness, creativity, and respect.

1.Initiate the voluntary housing retention program for landlords and tenants in dispute to stabilizes rental housing tenancy.
2.We will launch Conflict Resolution for Everyone (CoRE) as a community-wide training curriculum that is culture forward and free for everyone in King County.
3.Create a new data protocol that enhances our ability to make data-driven decisions that directly relate to the needs of the communities we serve.
