Mission

The Northwest Organization for Animal Help (The NOAH Center) is dedicated to ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable, and treatable homeless dogs and cats. We are committed to providing high-volume, high-quality spay and neuter services for low-income residents, family-friendly pet adoptions, humane education, and volunteer opportunities through our state-of-the-art adoption center and Spay/Neuter Clinic.

Goals

1.The NOAH Center is dedicated to ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable, and treatable homeless dogs and cats by providing high-quality, low-cost spay/neuter services and placing rescued animals into loving homes.
2.The NOAH Center aims to increase access to affordable spay and neuter services for low-income pet owners, reducing pet overpopulation and preventing unwanted litters while promoting responsible pet ownership in our community.
3.Investing in The NOAH Center’s capacity strengthens our ability to save more animals, expand spay/neuter services, improve shelter operations, and enhance community outreach—ensuring long-term sustainability and greater impact for pets and people in need.
