Vision

The vision of Vision House is to inspire our community to unite so that all people have access to a healthy home.

Goals

1. 1.We are seeing a significant increase in the need for housing and supportive services for families who are experiencing homelessness. Comparing October, 2023 to October, 2024, we have seen a 61% increase in requests for service from families in our community. We are increasing staffing for our organization and resources to meet the growing need.
2. 2.Vision House has grown substantially in frontline staff over the last five years. We are building capacity in management and optimizing systems of communication and client-tracking to ensure we provide excellent care for every family we encounter. We have added staff and oversight in accounting, new systems for communication and information sharing, and increased security.
3. 3.Vision House has significantly increased community engagement in the last year with numerous events for donors, partners, foundations, churches and local leaders. We have initiated dialogue with numerous other non-profit partners in our area, sharing information and strategies. We have also raised our visibility in press coverage and through advertising.
