2.Membership/Membership Benefits - Ensure we provide member benefits for the price of current membership dues ;Develop a 'social media strategy', in which the objective is to convert 10% of Facebook members to paying SFHS members.
3.Ensure genealogy capabilities and resources are established to help with genealogy queries/questions from members; Research previous decisions re: how much genealogy work members are entitled to, cost per hour to SFHS members & non-members; Develop a plan for tracking genealogy help (time & costs) and how to collect money from requesters
