Mission

OUR MISSION: FareStart transforms lives, disrupts poverty and nourishes communities through food, life skills and job training. FareStart is a social enterprise nonprofit organization focused on job training and employment. Our food-based businesses serve as classrooms for our students to learn on-the-job skills that will prepare them for career pathways within and beyond the food service industry. Our end goal is personal stability and economic mobility for people overcoming barriers to employment.
