A thriving community where no one goes hungry, with NCCFoodBank providing holistic wrap-around services addressing the overall health of those we serve. Eliminating food insecurity and intergenerational poverty giving every individual the chance to succeed.

Goals

1. 1.Continuous improvement processes require ongoing assessment and investment where cost efficiencies, programs and administration can be provided effectively, this is at the heart of what we do every day, gathering feedback from the community, our donors, and our volunteers.
2. 2.Growing equitable access to food for all. Establishing additional partnerships with individual organizations, service providers, retail and wholesale vendors and specialty food markets to address culturally relevant and dietary restricted diet needs for those we serve.
3. 3.As the economic and societal changes occur in the county, the organization must continue to focus on the growing and ever-changing needs of our clients. Remaining flexible in our delivery and educational offerings to best serve our neighbors in need.
