West African youth are ready to work for a brighter future. All they need is the opportunity.

1.Develop a sustainable and local teaching and administrative team to support the established programs.
2.Develop strategic partnerships with the community to develop programs that meet the changing needs of the country.
3.Create sustainable fundraising plans and streamline administrative tasks.
