Vision

We represent the whole community and endeavor to serve everyone (donors/grantees/partners/friends) with fairness and compassion. We acknowledge this includes marginalized groups in our community that need our support. We strive to be open-minded, kind, and respectful and to avoid being unintentionally exclusive. We continuously learn and grow to meet our community’s needs.

Goals

1. 1.This goal was focused on our Communications with the goal of identifying and investing in resources to reach new audiences, communicate more clearly with our existing audience, and to grow our visibility in our local community.
2. 2.The goal to Grow the Endowment is focused on increasing the resources available for 3RCF Operations, as well as for Grantmaking. This involves identifying new donors, stewarding existing donors, and refining our donor services to meet the charitable interests of our community.
3. 3.We established a goal to Increase Grantmaking Impact and identified a need to better tell the stories that result from our grantmaking support. We also noted a need to develop better evaluation tools for our grant applications, and capture the impact of grants across the varied organizations that work in critical sectors.
