Vision

Our vision is a fully inclusive community where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families lead change, create opportunities, and build lasting supports that empower every person to choose their own path, contribute their gifts, and thrive throughout their lifetime.

Goals

1. 1.Expand accessible, high-quality services across the lifespan in response to changing community needs. Strengthen day services, social and recreational opportunities, family education, employment, transportation and transitions between programs while regularly identifying and addressing service gaps.
2. 2.Build a sustainable, resilient organization by diversifying revenue, strengthening fundraising, investing in competitive compensation and staff development, improving succession and board planning, and developing financially responsible facility solutions that support future growth.
3. 3.Strengthen self-advocacy and systems advocacy by partnering with people with I/DD, families, schools, businesses, community organizations and policymakers. Expand partnerships that create opportunities, reduce barriers, increase disability awareness, and advance rights, inclusion, leadership, and full community participation.
