The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Our current Strategic plan focuses on expanding Youth Programming, rebooting the Make Your Mark program. Utilize Gallery Space for more classes. Expand Workshops & Intensives, such as WCA Soda Firing, Tip Toland: What’s on your Mind, and Clay Lab. Expand Corporate Partnerships beyond (providing art instruction at corporate locations), and adding a new space/location.
Goal Two: Creating and expanding Community Events such as our Open House, participation in the Seattle Arts Fair, Free Movie Nights
Free Workshops, and the creation of a citywide Fringe Festival. Increase our youth programming through summer camps and the addition of an off-site location.
Goal Three: Exhibitions (Kirkland Arts Center Gallery). Goal: Six - Eight exhibitions a year, enlisting corporate sponsorship and increased marketing. Providing free Artist Talks, Music, and be a space for the community where they can enjoy free music, art, and other programming. Promote artist talks encouraging DEIB
