Goals

1. 1.Strengthening and expanding programs through enhanced artist-audience interactions, education, and community engagement. Priorities include strategic programming, digital options, pre-concert digital notes, collaborations to optimize resources, and exploring non-concert initiatives like seminars, competitions, and scholarships.
2. 2.Currently engaging with a consultant to conduct surveys of key stakeholders across communities for future collaborations with other organizations to expand our services and strengthen those that exist.
3. 3.A focus on capitalizing our needs from reserve cash, to a building maintenance fund, to risk capital for new programs and growing our exisitng endowment. We want to be financially healthy to ensure maximum impact for generations to come.
