Vision

Fields of Grace Ministries exists to provide a safe retreat for women who have experienced trauma and to care for the caregiver. Through free Christ-centered programming, restorative events, and retreat opportunities, we serve military families, caregivers of children with special needs, childhood cancer caregivers, foster and adoptive families, social workers, medical professionals, and women navigating grief, trauma, illness, and overwhelming caregiving responsibilities.

Goals

1. 1.By December 2027, Fields of Grace will increase the number of Grace Guests served by 30% through expanded outreach, strategic partnerships, and sustainable funding. Success will be measured by participant growth, new referral partnerships, and increased access to healing programs at no cost.
2. 2.By December 2027, Fields of Grace will evaluate all programs and shift resources from revenue-driven activities to ministry-focused initiatives. At least 80% of staff time and organizational resources will support core programs that directly advance the organization's mission and deepen community impact.
3. 3.By December 2027, Fields of Grace will strengthen organizational capacity by expanding leadership, increasing volunteer engagement, and implementing standardized systems and processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and long-term sustainability while supporting continued ministry growth.
