MILLENNIUM CARES FUND, INC. PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE ORGANIZATION INTENDS TO FOCUS ITS GRANT-MAKING ON COMMUNITY-ORIENTED INSTITUTIONS (SUCH AS DISASTER RELIEF, HEALTHCARE, SOCIAL SERVICES, EDUCATION, AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT).
