The mission of Brand 316 is to equip the formerly incarcerated through Christ-Centered personal, professional and spiritual training for success after prison. Brand 316 is a Christian ministry focused on providing realistic and scalable solutions which assist the formerly incarcerated with successful reintegration into society. Changing mindsets requires a true commitment from the person and a structured, realistic approach to meet their needs and help them grow. Members begin training while incarcerated and continue with a 52 week intensive reintegration and career training program upon release. The individual and group training is focused on life skills, career training, healthy social interactions, biblical foundations, trauma counseling and more. Members work full time during the 52 week training. Graduates of Brand 316 have a mindset focused on the future, live a Christ-Centered life, have realistic long term goals and a strong support network.
