Goals

1. 1.Grow access to the Unbroken Spirit program so more Veterans know about the program. By maintaining the program as free to Veterans and strengthening partnerships with other Veteran-serving organizations, we expand outreach, increase referrals, and ensure more Veterans can access the personal development, accountability, and community our program provides.
2. 2.While we have not scaled back any programs, we have strengthened our focus on our core mission by deepening our “Leave No One Behind” commitment. This includes expanding our financial assistance program to support both current participants and alumni, helping remove financial barriers and ensuring Veterans can fully engage in and sustain the progress made through the program.
3. 3.We are investing in the capacity of the organization by ensuring every Veteran receives high quality gear and resources needed to fully participate in the program. At the same time, we remain highly financially efficient, with 83 percent of funding going directly to programming and fundraising costs at just $0.12 per dollar raised in 2025.
