Vision

Our vision are strong Malagasy children who lead their communities. We seek to reduce the stresses on children and their families during the seasonal hunger period each year, so that they have the strength and resources to shape their own future in the years to come.

Goals

1. 1.We have recently added a new aspect to our program which focuses on clean water sources and sanitary facilities that are accessible at each partner school. Water quality is a serious issue in our program areas and in order to reduce the probability of food-borne disease we ensure that each school has a well and toilet facility. We pair this with extensive community health training.
2. 2.Our goal is to reach 3,000 children each day in the 2026 program year and expand our services to a total of 13 partner schools, covering each geographical region of the Alaotra region.
3. 3.We have invested greatly in the capacity and resilience of our management team by conducting communication and leadership workshops during our management conference each year. This gives our front-line leaders the tools they need to respond to challenges as they lead over 1000 parent volunteers to safely and nutritiously prepare meals during our program season.
