Greatness in You

Mission

Greatness In You (GIU) advances equitable education, youth empowerment, health awareness, and community development in underserved communities across Ghana and Africa. Through scholarships, STEM education, healthcare programs, classroom renovations, and entrepreneurship support, GIU removes the barriers that keep children out of school. 6,000+ lives impacted since 2022. Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency. 87.8% of every dollar goes directly to programs.

Vision

A world where every child in Africa has access to quality education, technology, and healthcare — regardless of where they were born or what their family earns.

Goals

1.Fund 100+ university scholarships annually and build permanent STEM infrastructure in Ghanaian secondary schools, starting with the Ghanass Robotics & STEM Center. Target: 5,000+ students with year-round access to robotics, coding, and digital literacy by 2028.
2.Grow annual revenue from $71K to $250K by 2028 through diversified funding: grants, individual donors, corporate partnerships (Benevity), and peer-to-peer fundraising. Maintain 87%+ program expense ratio and achieve independent financial audit by 2027.
3.Expand healthcare programming to 3 additional regions in Ghana, training 50+ community health workers in breast cancer screening and preventive care. Replicate the Volta Region train-the-trainer model that reached 1,000+ women and trained 16 nurses.
