Goals

1. 1.To expand Precious Paws Community Cats' impact, the organization can increase community outreach, secure additional funding through grants and fundraising, organize mobile TNR clinics, train more volunteers, and partner with local vets. These strategies will help broaden the reach of the TNR program, raise awareness, and ensure more feral cats receive humane care in Lancaster County.
2. 2.This goal reflects our commitment to advancing our advocacy for humane care and TNR efforts. By expanding outreach, securing funding, and increasing volunteer involvement, Precious Paws Community Cats will further its mission to reduce the feral cat population in Lancaster County and ensure more cats receive the care they need through our Trap-Neuter-Return program.
3. 3.Precious Paws Community Cats could introduce a space for Spay/Neuter Assistance Program to provide low-cost or free spay/neuter services for pet owners in underserved communities. This program would address the growing need for affordable options, helping reduce the overall cat population and supporting responsible pet ownership in Lancaster County.
