Mission
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
1. The corporation aims to support and assist combat-wounded veterans in Idaho. The corporation will provide education, outreach, and resources to help combat-wounded veterans transition into civilian life.
2. To establish a fund and solicit contributions to it from individuals, institutions, government, churches
Notwithstanding any provisions of these Articles of Incorporation, the corporation shall not engage in any activity proscribed by Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, of the United States of America.
The Corporation shall not be conducted or operated for profit, and no part of the net earnings of the Corporation shall inure to the benefit of any individual, nor shall any of the profits or assets of the Corporation be used other than for the Corporation.
