NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE CONNECTS NEIGHBORS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS, SENIORS, IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES, AND WORK TOGETHER TO STRENGTHEN OUR COMMUNITY. WE CONNECT NEIGHBORS, BUILDS COMMUNITY AND IMPROVES LIVES FOR RECENT IMMIGRANTS, LOW-INCOME FAMILIES, AND OTHER UNDERSERVED PEOPLE OF ALL AGES. OUR COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATION AND SOCIAL SUPPORT PROGRAMS PROMOTE SCHOOL READINESS AND SUCCESS FOR CHILDREN, EMPOWER FAMILIES TO MOVE BEYOND POVERTY, AND SUPPORT SENIORS TO REMAIN LIVING INDEPENDENTLY.
