    Our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy mind, body and spirit for all. We work hard to foster youth development, healthy living and social responsibility in the Mid-Willamette Valley. The Mid-Willamette Family YMCA programs are designed to help build a stronger community by promoting the development of our youth, improving the health and well-being of young and old alike, and fostering social responsibility. The Y offers many classes or activities sure to pique the interest of everyone in the family.
