Vision

SOLVE, a driving force in Oregon's environmental efforts, preserves the state's natural beauty through dedicated volunteer efforts. Removing litter from beaches, neighborhoods, parks, and playgrounds is a continuous mission. Uncollected litter poses threats, potentially harming waterways and wildlife. It also impacts the health and walkability of our business districts, parks, and neighborhoods. SOLVE's impact extends beyond cleanup, involving the restoration and preservation of Oregon's environment. This is achieved by mobilizing volunteers and collaborating with donors, uniting diverse communities statewide to enhance neighborhood and natural area safety. Recognizing the importance of human diversity, SOLVE actively promotes inclusion, ensuring all voices contribute to the state's strength and well-being. It creates a welcoming, inclusive space for people of all backgrounds to engage in environmental volunteerism.

Goals

1. 1.Mobilize a growing number of diverse individuals and opportunities to improve natural spaces, local communities, and our environment.
2. 2.Increase SOLVE's donor base to support and expand the programs that engage community members in environmental conservation and stewardship.
3. 3.Collaborate with partners to identify local and environmental needs, and support volunteers to support restoration and cleanup projects.
