1. 1.Participant Experience: New Narrative aims to strengthen whole-person, participant-centered care that reflects each individual’s goals, voice, and choice. Key initiatives include expanding team-based care, advancing the SHIFT model, and strengthening service delivery through integrated service centers that address social determinants of health
2. 2.Organizational Capability: Expand access to affordable housing with supportive services through residential treatment, transitional, supported, and independent housing, helping participants move from stabilization to independence. Invest in culture, systems, and infrastructure to strengthen the workplace, improve impact measurement, and enhance operational and financial sustainability.
3. 3.Advocacy & Growth: New Narrative seeks to be recognized as an innovator in integrated mental wellness, supported by diversified revenue and community partnerships. Strategic efforts include policy advocacy, expanded marketing and fundraising, and development of new business opportunities that strengthen the sustainability of services.
