Ashland Community Health Foundation generates and invests resources to improve the health of our community.

Ashland Community Health Foundation leads philanthropic efforts to advance innovative and equitable approaches to community health and wellness.

1.Through our grant programs, we strive to build a healthier community by funding programs and projects that create or expand access to health care in Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix.
2.As we learn about the greatest health care needs in our community through our annual donor survey and county health assessment reports, we respond by introducing new programs whenever possible.
