The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We are committed to financial resilience, strategic growth, and long-term sustainability. Our goals include 8% portfolio growth, optimizing the Cedar Creek Quarry lease/sale, and increasing assets from $1.8M to $10M by 2030. We will strengthen capacity through board recruitment and an Advisory Council, enhance grantmaking, expand outreach, marketing, and develop fundraising efforts.
Goal Two: We intend to expand our reach by improving access to funding, focusing on rural and underserved areas in Oregon. We've improved our grantmaking eligibility guidelines, streamlined applications, and advocate support. Our feedback system captures impact stories. We build partnerships, enhance advocacy, and expand outreach through targeted nonprofit engagement and digital strategies.
Goal Three: We launched a new giving program for organizations, selecting mission-aligned nonprofits for funding. This initiative supports groups serving individuals with permanent physical disabilities by providing resources for critical services, capacity-building, and community initiatives. Through targeted funding and partnerships, we maximize impact and sustainability.
