THE OBJECTIVE OF CARITAS PLAZA IS TO PROVIDE LOW-INCOME HOUSING TO ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS THROUGH A 30-UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING. THIS OBJECTIVE IS ASSISTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) WHICH PROVIDES SUBSIDIZED RENTS TO THE CORPORATION. ALL RECEIPTS OF INCOME IN THE PROJECT CONTRIBUTE TO THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THIS OBJECTIVE.
