The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: In response to the pandemic, we quickly shifted to online classes, revealing accessibility gaps in our in-person model. Since then, we’ve expanded our online and hybrid offerings to better serve students of all abilities. We’re also seeking a larger, accessible space to accommodate more students and expand both in-person and virtual programming to meet growing demand.
Goal Two: We’ve introduced tiered classes to meet students at all levels and support deeper artistic growth. Lab classes offer more performance opportunities and allow students to dive into their disciplines. We’re expanding class options each term, offering more practice sessions, and regularly inviting new guest artists to teach diverse mediums, creating ongoing learning opportunities for our students.
Goal Three: Our expanding partnership program increases visibility by giving students opportunities to perform, be cast in professional productions, and engage as audience members. In collaboration with the Revels, students wrote, directed, and acted in a play, gaining real-life experience. These partnerships showcase our students' talents and advocate for inclusive arts, raising awareness for our cause.
