2. 2.Strengthen staff effectiveness and organizational stability: Build staff capacity through clear roles, shared expectations, ongoing coaching, and systems that promote consistency, accountability, and retention.
3. 3.Deepen family and community partnership with OOI: Increase trust, engagement, and shared ownership by improving communication, gathering feedback, and creating meaningful opportunities for families to support student success.
