TO DECREASE THE NUMBER OF STRAY AND ABANDONED CATS IN JACKSON COUNTY, OREGON BY RESCUING, TESTING, VACCINATING, NEUTERING AND PROVIDING SHELTER FOR HOMELESS CATS AWAITING ADOPTION. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP WITH THE EMPHASIS ON NEUTERING.
