Kidspire

Mission

Kidspire provides children from underserved communities with access to high quality education. Kidspire works to prevent children from dropping out of school by providing education programs designed to engage children so that they are interested in learning while gaining self-confidence. Kidspire prepares youth with career readiness skills so they are ready and excited to face their future.

Vision

That every child growing up in an orphanage or children’s home in Vietnam will be empowered to pursue an aspirational career.

Goals

1.Ensure that focus orphanages include all Kidspire programs, including STEM labs, digital and internet literacy programs, homework hub, and career orientation.
2.Ensure that student performance results from focus orphanages are being measured and data is being compiled related to the Kidspire vision
3.Ensure organizational infrastructure is developing year by year, including: *Employee Handbook, *Strengthening of common program goals among departments, *Onboarding and training program *Fundraiser
