Vision

That every child growing up in an orphanage or children’s home in Vietnam will have access to an individualized career pathway plan, receiving the support they need to be aware of their future continuing education and career options.

Goals

1. 1.In June 2025, Kidspire started a "pathway to scale" plan for our education programs in Vietnam. Over the next 5 years (2025-2030), we are focused on reaching more 5000 learners with our education programs, while working to ensure that children and youth in all Vietnamese institutions have the opportunity to access 'career pathway' curriculum.
2. 2.As of June 2026, Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors will begin developing an investment policy and a 15-year plan for building and growing an endowment and legacy giving plan. In recent years, Kidspire has established a "Board Directed endowment" with funds set aside from regular day-to-day operating funds. As an organization, we expect to develop new investment plan policies.
3. 3.As of June 2025, Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors began a 3 process of strengthening our "local leadership" model for our education programs. We invested in hiring and recruiting personnel from within our local communities with lived and relevant experience.
