Vision

All people, regardless of social, economic or religious circumstances, have access to professional mental health counseling. The community recognizes the importance of good mental health and value of accessible mental health care, understanding that appropriate counseling and medication management leads to positive social outcomes: healthier relationships, more stable families, more effective parenting, decreased domestic violence, more productive employees, decreased criminal activity, and wiser use of financial resources.

Goals

1. 1.Provide direct mental health services to clients. Provide 7,800 counseling hours in 2025, 7,900 counseling hours in 2026, and 8,000 counseling hours in 2027. Community members in need receive planned mental health services.
2. 2.Sustainable financial resources are sufficient to meet current organizational goals and allow for planned growth. Grow a relationship-based individual and business giving program to build long-term relationships that support the organization. Create a major donor program to achieve a 10% increase in number of major donors and overall gifts received by end of 2027.
3. 3.NCC is known and respected in the community and state. Expand social and educational content and increase networking. Increase newsletter distribution by 10% over next three years. At least four staff are actively participating in networking opportunities aimed at increasing awareness of NCC's programs and services.
