Mission

The Volunteers In Medicine Clinic is a community-based organization dedicated to meeting the primary health needs of the underserved in the greater Eugene and Springfield metropolitan area. The essence of this philosophy is to optimize the healing environment and improve outcomes for the medically underserved in our community. The structure and process of the clinic is based on people's needs, viewed from a holistic perspective, recognizing the dignity of each individual. We aim to give voice to the population we serve. The clinic has close working relationships with other agencies and institutions, and assists clients in affiliating with other care providers. We emphasize health education and prevention.

1.Secure funding streams for operations and strategic growth.
2.Deliver high-quality primary care including increasing access to existing programs, adding new programs and adding new technical capabilities to the clinic.
3.Address health disparities in our patient population & systemic inequities in health care delivery; continue to provide a safe & welcoming environment & increase diversity at our organization.
