The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Revenue of $2.5 million.
This will support our goals in current and new program matches.
More matches = more children served, on track academically and with a plan for their future.
Goal Type: New program(s) based on observed changes in needs among our constituencies/communities served.
Goal Two: Continue to recruit board of directors and ambassador board members representative of the communities we serve. Representation in leadership = more robust and relevant decisions. This is ongoing.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
Goal Three: Hire corporate relationship & operations managers. This will help us reach the revenue goals. The operations manager will free up other staff for work in line with their specific role & goals.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
