Mission

Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest is a private non-profit social change organization affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Funded by local investment only, BBBS helps children realize their full potential and build their futures by providing dedicated one-to-one mentors to each child who comes through our door. Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

All youth achieve their full potential.

Goals

1.Revenue of $2.5 million. This will support our goals in current and new program matches. More matches = more children served, on track academically and with a plan for their future.
2.Continue to recruit board of directors and ambassador board members representative of the communities we serve. Representation in leadership = more robust and relevant decisions. This is ongoing.
3.Hire corporate relationship & operations managers. This will help us reach the revenue goals. The operations manager will free up other staff for work in line with their specific role & goals.
