Started in 2023 by a 10 year old boy named David, Ducks for Dementia makes deliveries of yellow toy ducks to patients suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer's in memory care centers from coast to coast; and beyond! Both David's father and grandmother suffered from these diseases and his toy ducks always brought a smile to their faces. This wonderful mission has opened many doors and has unexpectedly grown to be an official 501c3 non-profit charity. To receive a star rating, a charity must be a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity. Private foundations, consolidated subsidiaries, and organizations with revoked or inactive IRS status are not eligible for a rating.
