Vision

Our ultimate vision is to increase the percentage of women flying aircraft both in general aviation and commercially. Female pilots have proven their strength on the flight deck and in the cockpit with their strong decision making skills, their diversity of thought and their safety conscious attitude. We believe that our skies are safer as more women take to the air and enter the aviation industry and workforce.

Goals

1. 1.Increase the geographic footprint of awareness of the Foundation's scholarship program throughout the United States. We have done so in the past three years by partnering with flight schools across the United States and sharing our scholarship program with female students. In 2025 alone, we awarded 18 flight scholarships to women from as far west as Hawaii and as far east as Connecticut.
2. 2.Continue to focus on women, specifically, to achieve their goals and objectives in an aviation. This sends a clear message to our donors that we see our female scholarship program as our core competency.
3. 3.Show women that challenging their own abilities will bring rewards that can take them places they never thought they could go, through women seeing success by not only achieving the Foundations scholarship, but by seeing others achieve advanced ratings that lead to success careers in aviation.
