Goals

1. 1.Robust Mouse Rejuvenation Study 1 (RMR1): Finalize & publish results of this first study. A primary focus of LEV Foundation's work is to empirically demonstrate the feasibility and value of the divide-and-conquer approach to treating age-related disease - that is, the simultaneous deployment of therapies that independently address the distinct classes of damage that accumulate in aging bodies.
2. 2.Robust Mouse Rejuvenation Study 2: The ambition of RMR2 (like RMR1) is to achieve "Robust Mouse Rejuvenation". We define this as an intervention or treatment program that: * is applied to mice of a strain with a well-documented mean lifespan of at least 30 months * is initiated at around 12 months younger than the mean lifespan * increases both mean and maximum lifespan by at least 12 months
3. 3.We will continue our efforts toward fundraising for our own work and to be able to continue funding other work we believe will move the needle on longevity research and help support the field.
