THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING FUNDS FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL SCHOOL IN BATAVIA, NEW YORK THROUGH AN ENDOWMENT FOR SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS, ASSISTANCE WITH CAPITAL PROJECTS, ENHANCING THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, TECHNOLOGY NEEDS, SUPPLIES AND OTHER FINANCIAL NEEDS OF THE SCHOOL OPERATIONS. THE CORPORATION SHALL HOLD, MANAGE, INVEST AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS RAISED IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS SUPPORT OF ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL SCHOOL IN BATAVIA, NEW YORK. ESTABLISHING A SUPPORT ORGANIZATION FOR ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL SCHOOL IN BATAVIA, NEW YORK BY ENGAGING VOLUNTEERISM AND DONATIONS (CASH AND IN-KIND). TO HOLD MEETINGS AND SOCIAL EVENTS/GATHERINGS FOR THE BETTER REALIZATION OF SAID PURPOSES. TO FOSTER, DEVELOP AND PROMOTE BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE NEEDS OF ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL SCHOOL IN BATAVIA, NEW YORK AMONG CITIZENS IN THE COMMUNITY.
