Vision

We envision a world where veterans who have experienced psychedelic-assisted therapy are empowered with the tools of meditation to cultivate lasting healing, resilience, and inner peace. Through meditation, we strive to foster a cohesive and supportive community that enhances veteran well-being and results in healthier families and communities.

Goals

1. 1.Our core program is AMP (Accelerated Mind Performance) dojo meditation training. In 2024, 121 veterans completed Fundamentals Meditation Training and 33 completed Advanced Meditation Training. In 2025, our goal is to train 132 veterans in Fundamentals Meditation Training (+9%) and train 53 in Advanced Meditation Training (+60%).
2. 2.We teach meditation through a peer-to-peer veteran support model. In 2024, veteran instructors lead 86% of Fundamentals instruction and were paid $81,415 to teach meditation to their fellow veterans. In 2025, we aim to add 8 new veteran meditation instructors with the goal of 100% of Fundamentals instruction being completed by veterans with $100,000 being paid to veterans for teaching meditation.
3. 3.In partnership with a top research institution, we aim to publish a longitudinal pre/post research study assessing (1) the efficacy of our program. By combining surveys, interviews, and EEG measurements, this innovative research aims to uncover previously unexplored dimensions of how meditation supports mental health.
