Goals

1. 1.LGBTQ+ youth are seeking support services. at unprecedented rates. Our national hotline receives over 10,000 calls monthly for crises related to the young person's sexual orientation or gender identity. We aim to expand resources so every call is answered and mental health support is accessible to those in need.
2. 2.As politics continue to negatively impact the LGBTQ+ community, our programs must adapt to support youth needs—including adding peer support and other focused services as necessary to help mitigate the risks of suicide within this vulnerable population.
3. 3.We continually monitor evolving local, state, and federal laws and policies affecting this population’s access to health care, mental health counseling, transitional housing, and support services. We must stay informed and adapt quickly to ensure their access to local, state, and national resources is not impeded.
