At the Center for Violence Prevention and Self Defense (CVPSD), our mission is to eliminate violence by empowering at-risk individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary for self-protection. Through comprehensive online and live training, workshops, and seminars, we educate participants on violence prevention, risk assessment, and establishing healthy relationship boundaries. Our practical self-defense classes provide hands-on techniques and strategies to prevent and intervene in assaults. By partnering with schools, nonprofits, community groups, and offering public classes, we strive to create safer, more resilient communities
